The finest aluminum, specific rim profiles for the front and rear wheels and an excellent price-performance ratio: The new Newmen Forge 30 family offers durable, modern aluminum wheels for every type of mountain bike. For the Cross Country set, we use the light version of the impact-resistant Forge 30 rim at the front and rear, the tried-and-tested FADE MTB hub and high-quality Sapim Race spokes. The Newmen Forge 30 XC thus achieve an outstanding ratio of durability, weight and price.

The 30 millimeter wide, hooked Forge 30 rims are made of high-quality aluminium, have a plugged connection and come with tubeless rim tape fitted. The new Forge 30 rims are based on the same impact-resistant profiles as the top Beskar aluminum wheels. During the development of the new generation of rims, we carried out impact tests and FEM analyses on over 30 different rim profile prototypes. In addition to the familiar angled design, we have further optimized the rim flanges. This makes the impact-resistant 30-millimeter rims even more resistant to punctures. At the same time, the rim profiles are as flat as possible in order to generate a lot of grip and comfort in combination with modern MTB tires.
