Torque Cap adapter for Rock Shox Forks and other forks with Torque-Cap dropouts. The NEWMEN TC Adapter reduces the 31 mm TC diameter on your fork to the "old" 22mm diameter. With the universal TC-adapter it is as easy as ever to mount your wheels with 21 mm endcap diameter to your Torque-Cap fork. This also allows you to switch your wheels around between your Torque-Cap and non-Torque-Cap forks, without having to switch the endcaps on your hub.
